Rich malty aroma with notes of toffee, licorice, and dark dried fruit. Malt forward flavour, well balanced, with continuing hints of licorice and dark dried fruit, along a touch of perfumy alcohol and some treacle in the finish. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
Beerometric-American Pale Ale
5.5% ABV 40 IBU
A resiny, hop-forward aroma with expressions of grapefruit zest and the light dankness of a wet pine forest floor. Medium bodied with above average carbonation. Refreshing, restrained bitterness supported by clean, grainy malt, and citrusy resiny hops lead to a dry, lightly bitter finish.
