I am a freelance beer writer, beer consultant, homebrewer and perpetual student of flavour.  I am an Advanced Cicerone®
and an Associate of the Academy of Cheese.  I hold Certificates in Beer Quality, Sensory Sciences, and Wine Tasting, as well as a multitude of Specialization certificates in Organic Chemistry, Microbiology and Biochemistry.  I am a member of the North American Guild of Beer Writers, and GTABrews.
